SHIPPING POLICY

How can I check my order status?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours before the tracking information is available.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@parenz.co with your name and order number, and we will check the problem for you.

Or you can simply track your package through the "Check my order" section of our website.
